High-performance Nuron battery platform
Get more runtime & more done with the right charger and bit or chisel.

Active Torque Control (ATC)
Stops tool body from spinning uncontrollably if drill bit jams.

Active Vibration Reduction (AVR)
Helps reduce fatigue and improve comfort so you can power through tougher jobs with more control.

Dust Removal System
Capture up to 97% of fine dust at the source with a Hilti vacuum and attachments (sold separately).

For applications that require mobility, and for job sites with limited power supply, choose Hilti cordless rotary hammers on our Nuron battery platform. For continuous serial applications where mobility is not critical, corded rotary hammers are your best choice. No matter whether cordless or corded: you will always experience the full power and performance of Hilti.

FAQs
To maximize reach of your Hilti cordless rotary hammers, choose a system of batteries, chargers, and inserts optimized for top-class cordless performance.

Battery
For our larger rotary hammers like the TE-70, choose the B 22-290 Nuron battery – Hilti’s highest-capacity 22V Li-ion battery. Compatible with all Nuron cordless tools.

Charger
The C 8-22 Nuron ultimate charger is our fastest way to recharge your Nuron batteries, restoring power in as little as 30 minutes.

Inserts
To help maximize the amount of work done, select Hilti’s Ultimate line inserts. Using Ultimate line drill bits, for example, provides up to 30% faster drilling speeds, helping you to extend your reach and drill more holes.
Hilti offers a wide range of high-performance inserts designed to maximize efficiency and durability for your applications.

Drill bits for concrete and masonry:
SDS Plus (TE-C or TE-CX): Ideal for smaller rotary hammers, these bits are designed for anchor drilling in concrete, masonry, and brick.
SDS Max (TE-Y or TE-YX): Designed for larger rotary hammers, these bits can handle heavy-duty applications such as drilling into reinforced concrete or creating large-diameter holes.

Chisels
For demolition, chipping, and precision breaking in concrete/masonry, use pointed/flat chisels (TE-C/TE-Y). Self-sharpening designs (e.g. TE-CX SM) help reduce downtime.

Dust management
For a cleaner jobsite, connect hollow drill bits (for example, TE-CD or TE-YD) to dust removal systems.

Stop drill bits
For HSC undercut anchor installation, use stop drill bits (for example, TE-C-HSC-B).
Always unplug corded tools or remove batteries from cordless models before cleaning to prevent accidental activation.
Carefully remove stubborn dirt from the tool.
Carefully clean the air vents, if present, with a dry, soft brush.
Use only a slightly damp cloth to clean the housing. Do not use cleaning agents containing silicone as these can damage the plastic parts. Use a dry, clean cloth to clean the contacts of the product.
Always unplug corded tools or remove batteries from cordless models before storage.
Store the product (and the batteries) in a cool and dry place where they cannot be accessed by children or unauthorized persons. Never leave batteries in direct sunlight, on sources of heat, or behind glass.
Avoid leaving batteries mounted on chargers for extended periods of time. As a best practice, disconnect chargers and remove batteries once charging is complete — particularly for storage and transport.
Prior to each use and before and after prolonged storage, check the product and the batteries for damage.

(1)This 20-2-1 Warranty modifies only the “WARRANTY” provision of Hilti’s General Terms & Conditions of Sale for Hilti-brand tools, replacing the standard 12-month product warranty. All other Terms and Conditions, including the service warranty, exclusions, disclaimers of implied warranties, and limitations of liability, remain unchanged. This is a professional warranty for tools sold for commercial and professional use and does not create additional consumer rights. Coverage applies only to Hilti-branded tool bodies and excludes batteries, chargers, components, accessories, and consumables. Customers’ statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. (2) Exclusions apply. Products excluded from the 20-year coverage are covered only under the warranty stated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Excluded products include: [grinders, SD screwdrivers, gas saws, WSR corded tools, UD/UH tools, certain hydraulic and powder actuated components, batteries, and combo kit accessories]. (3) Wear and tear coverage excludes damage due to abuse or use outside the operator’s manual. The following consumable items are excluded and are the customer’s responsibility: pistons, buffers, and spring clips for powder-actuated tools; pull-cord assemblies and filters for gas saws; filters for vacuums; and hydraulic jaws, blades, and dies for hydraulic tools. Fully excluded from wear and tear coverage: grinders, SD 4500, SD 2500, gas saws, WSR corded tools, and UD and UH tools. Covered for one (1) year only: DX 860 and DX 9. Covered for two (2) years or 200 hours of usage, whichever comes first: wall saw head, remote control, E-box, and wire saw power unit and control box. (4) The one-day repair turnaround begins when the tool is received at a Hilti Tool Service Center (TSC). Eligibility requires pre-approval of the Repair Cost Limit (RCL); repairs authorized below the RCL or requiring a quotation are not eligible. The program is limited to five tools per company per day per TSC and applies only to tools received through Hilti-approved carriers. Delays in payment authorization or force majeure events void the guarantee. Excluded products include total stations, optical devices, detection tools, wall saws, wire saws, and HAT 28. Out-of-warranty tools qualify only with RCL pre-approval. The one-day-or-free program may be discontinued at any time. If Hilti does not meet the turnaround requirement, the customer’s exclusive remedy is a free repair, including parts, labor, and shipping. Hilti is not liable for damages or losses caused by late delivery.
