Hilti HIT-HY 200-A/R V3
Hello, what is the difference between the A and R? The Oregon Department of Transportation lists the 200-A on their QPL. Can the 200-R be used interchangeably?

Hi Ryan,
The difference between the HIT-HY 200-A V3 and HIT-HY 200-R V3 is the cure time (A = accelerated cure time; R = regular cure time). The biggest difference is that HIT-HY 200-A V3 cures faster than HIT-HY 200-R V3. However, their capacities are the same as displayed in technical data available in the Product Technical Guide Excerpt and ESR-4868 for concrete. Please refer to Figure 15 on page 104 of the Anchor Fastening Technical Guide for additional information on HIT-HY 200-A/R V3 cure and working times.
Best,
Sinan
