I have attached one system - C-AJ-1155 which should work in both of your applications using FS-ONE MAX (intumescent firestop). C-AJ-1154 would also work for you if you do not exceed the annular space requirements.

The system your drawing has listed (C-AJ-1630) for the floor penetration would also work, however SIL GG and SIL SL are not intumescent.
