It is going to depend on the type of wall/floor assembly being used along with the size of the penetrations.
Systems that provide a one sided installation include:
Joints - HW-D-0285, HW-D-0286, HW-D-0825.
Penetrations - W-L-1205, W-L-1206, W-L-2217, W-L-7068, W-L-7069, W-L-4011, W-J-1088, W-J-1089, W-J-4027, W-J-7038, W-J-7039.
