Hi Gregory,
For anchor product selection help, please see Hilti’s Anchor Product Technical Guide from Hilti's website. Below are quick links to sections of the Tech Guide:
- Anchor Selection Chart on pages 4-7 - a helpful comparison of Hilti's anchors
- Section 3.2 Adhesive Anchoring Systems starting on page 30
- Commonly considered ultimate-performance adhesive anchors for concrete are HIT-HY 200 (fast cure) and HIT-RE 500 V3 (slow cure)
- HIT-RE 500 V3 Technical Data with threaded rod
- HIT-HY 200 Technical Data with threaded rod
- Hilti’s Ultimate Masonry Adhesive Anchor is HIT-HY 270
- Section 3.3 Mechanical Anchoring Systems starting on page 261
- The most commonly considered expansion/wedge anchor is the Hilti Kwik Bolt TZ2
Ultimately, all design decisions are at the discretion of the Engineer of Record (EOR) on the project.
Regards,
Emily
