The design methodology for anchorage into masonry base materials is evolving from an Allowable Stress Design (ASD) method to Load & Resistance Factored Design (LRFD) method. With recent changes to the Acceptance Criteria 58 for Post-Installed Anchorage into Masonry, manufacturers must qualify and provide technical data for LRFD design method.
