Zero Clearance Pipe Penetration 2.5" slab

I have multiple penetrations through a 2.5" floor where one side of the pipe will be in tight contact with the core hole. Most of the details i've found call for a 4.5" thick floor slab for this penetration, see System No. C-AJ-1150. Is there a detail that shows how fire stop should be applied for this same condition but through a 2.5" floor slab?

Please see the attached system which is similar to the attached CAJ-1150 but for 2-1/2" concrete floor assemblies.
