Will the FS-ONE Max Intumescent Firestop Caulk meet the requirements called out in my drawings (attached)

Thank you for reaching out to the Hilti Fire Protection Design Team to assist you with your firestop engineering needs. You mention a firestop sealant but HW-D-0020 utilizes a firestop spray, so I included a couple of options. HW-D-0042 is the closest equivalent to the system you reference, but it utilizes Hilti CFS-SP WB Firestop Joint Spray. If you want a sealant, I would recommend looking into HW-D-0045, HW-D-0046, and HW-S-0036, which would cover all available sealant options.

If these systems do not work for you, I would recommend taking a look at the Hilti Firestop Selector (see below info) to see if any other systems work for you. Additionally, we can address your application through an Engineering Judgment, which will be a custom detail showing your exact application with the firestop components required to maintain the stated ratings.
