We are designing repairs to a parking garage and need to replace some steel brackets that support pre-stressed quad tee floor planks. They are anchored to CIP concrete beams with epoxy anchors. Brackets were already designed and fabricated for epoxy anchors, when we became concerned about need to protect primary structure in Type 1B construction from fire for 2 hours. Will the detail uploaded here work?

Unfortunately, Hilti firestop products are neither tested nor designed to be load bearing. Our CP 606 Flexible Firestop Sealant is not an appropriate replacement for any specified chemical anchors.
