Why is my Hilti not showing all the company projects?

I used to see around 50 or so company projects (maybe more). But now I only see 3. Another coworker is only showing 4 and they're different from the ones I can see.

Thanks for the response, Ashley. I tried but my outlook said that email address is invalid. Is it supposed to be us-res376@hilti.com

The email I previously shared is a current email address. If Outlook is not registering the email, please reach out to deck@hilti.com.
