I used the catalog to select an anchor size and embedment but when I tried to check the design with Profis, it won't allow me to select 1" diameter anchors, the plate size I choose isn't allowed and the embedment depth I chose is too deep?

Thank you for sharing your PROFIS Engineering file. Currently, you have the HIT-HY 200 V3 with a HIT-Z rod selected for your design. The largest diameter of a HIT-Z rod that Hilti has is 3/4" and this can be seen in both the product technical guide and ESR-4868. If you would like to use a 1" diameter steel element, you will need to switch the steel element to either a threaded rod or rebar.
