Why does the uncracked concrete option increase the concrete breakout and bond %?

Why does the uncracked concrete option increase the concrete breakout and bond %? Please see attached draft model for reference

Hi An,

After reviewing the reports for both cracked and uncracked concrete, it appears the reduction for uncracked concrete is coming from the breakout splitting factor, psi,cp. Per ACI 318 17.6.2.6.2 the breakout splitting factor for cracked concrete is taken as 1. For uncracked concrete it is using 17.6.2.6.1. Due to this factor, the uncracked concrete is taking a reduction making the capacity less than the cracked concrete design.
