Why can't I access my archived project files?
There was a project that was created as a company project to which files were saved to. They were archived at some point without me saying so and when I try to retrieve them they aren't showing up.

Hi Kyle,
Unfortunately, we are not sure why you are unable to see archived project files. Were you the project folder owner? Do you know who archived the folder? You might need to talk to them to see if they are able to recover the files. If you are still having issues, please email Hilti's engineering team at hnatechnicalservices@hilti.com.
