While driving the anchor, you lose power on a partial installation. What is your recommendation?

I am an inspector and have had every imaginable scenario from circuit breaker pop on an AC application. Another worker disconnects the power. DC battery drills running out of battery and even the worker stopping to answer his phone mid drill.
