What is the process of removing a firestop for maintenance purpose.
for example, I need to add more cable trays.

Unfortunately, firestop products like sealants and sprays cannot be re-used. That in mind, any method to remove and clean the opening will suffice, as long as it is clean and free of debris when you go back to install new firestop material.
