Last February I was trying to buy a DD-B 82/320 pcm (dry) but the local distributor in Malta told me that this model is no longer available and suggest me for the new X-change module. The first one was not cutting (please see video) and the second one cuts very slowly compared to the PCM, in fact I was not happy and gave it back to them. It is October and I am still waiting for a way forward. Can you please help me, I bought a very good product but I am very disappointed with the new replacement of PCM.

It seems that Italy is the closest location to Malta. Please contact Italian Customer Service at 800827013. Ask Hilti is typically for technical questions related to anchors or direct fasteners.
