Webinar Viewing for Groups

I'd like to sign up multiple users to view your upcoming Webinar "Anchor vs Rebar: Post Installed Rebar Design". Can multiple users view the webinar on their personal computers without having to sign up for each one individually?

Hi Nina,

Yes, multiple users can watch the webinars individually or in groups. If you have a large group watching in an auditorium, then just 1 person will need to be registered directly and that person can then add the emails of all attendees in the room. That person will also have the link for the webinar available to them. If you have a number of groups throughout the office that would like to attend (e.g. three groups of five people watching in different locations), then 1 person will need to register per group to get the webinar link and make sure that group attendance is recorded for the other attendees.

In order to receive certificates, all attendees will need to complete the full registration on Ask Hilti the first time. After that there will not be a need to repeat the registration and the group sign in process will be as simple as just adding the email of that person at registration. After the webinar all attendees can download their individual certificate from their own accounts.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or need clarification on anything.

Regards,
Tim

Tim, Where do I add the emails of all attendees in the room? Is there a place to do that once I join the webinar? Also, do the attendees need to complete the full registration prior to the webinar?
