We want to use KB-TZ2 with a combination of central shim plates as well as grout.
We would like to use KB-TZ2 wedge anchors to secure our mezzanine columns, but the floor is uneven. We would like compensate using partial shims under the base plate then fill the void with non-shrink grout. Is this an acceptable application for this anchor?

Hello,
There are 3 stand-off conditions that can be analyzed per ETAG (including grouted standoff). More information on how these conditions are calculated can be found in Section 2.4 of the PROIFS Engineering Design Guide.
