Need help with detail installing a paper towel dispenser in one side of a 1 hr rated wall

The first thing I would recommend is to consult with the manufacturer of the towel dispenser to check if they have a prescribed method for installing the device without compromising the rating of the wall. If they don't or if you are unable to follow that method, there is no listed firestop system to address this condition but we can address it with an engineering judgement.
