Water Proofing firestop Material
Hello,
I would like to know if you have any water proofing firestopping material.
If yes, please provide me the certificates and test reports which proof that.
Appreciate your cooperation as usual.

Mounier,
Hilti does not have any firestop sealants that are classified as a wateproofing material. Although we do have silicone sealants (CFS-S SIL GG and CFS-S SIL SL) that can achieve a W-rating when installed in accordance with an applicable UL/cUL system, Hilti firestop products are not designed to be exposed to the elements. I would not recommend the use of any Hilti firestop sealant to waterproof any material or substrate.

We can provide you with a letter that will be custom to your application. To do so, you will use the HILTI CONSTRUCTION PLATFORM (HCP). This platform will be the home for all of your Fire Protection Engineering needs, including Engineering Judgment and Question requests. When prompted, please submit a Question Request asking for a letter with the information you provided me, and we can provide you an official letter that is specific to your project and contractor/architect/engineer/etc.
