Viewing the Design Report for a Failing Design

I would like to know how to view the design report of design that is failing. Currently Profis prevents me from viewing the report as Not all design results are valid. Report export is therefore not possible." Not Not being able to see the calcs that the program is using is creating a black box environment. Generally a frowned upon approach in Engineering.

Hi Daniel,

If the design is failing due to over utilization of the anchor, PROFIS Engineering will print the report. However, if PROFIS Engineering is unable to calculate the utilization of the anchor due to certain design parameters not being met (eg. minimum edge distance, minimum spacing, etc), then a report will not be generated. In order to generate a report, the anchoring system would need to be modified to meet all necessary parameters.

If you have further questions, please email your ".pe" file to hnatechnicalservices@hilti.com.

Regards,
Ashley
