Using PROFIS with Custom Diameter Rods
Is there a way to account for a 2-1/4" diameter threaded rod (HAS-B-105 HDG) within PROFIS Engineering Anchoring-to-Concrete Module?

Hi Juan,
The Anchoring-to-Concrete module within PROFIS Engineering does not account for any threaded rods with a diameter larger than 1-1/4" per the testing available in the respective ESR documentation for HIT-HY 200 V3 and HIT-RE 500 V3. However, Hilti has performed some additional testing with HTI-RE 500 V3 and larger diameter rods, including 2-1/4", which can be found in this technical bulletin.
