Use of older hilti anchors

I am evaluating some connections that have hilti anchors which appear to be specifying the ICBO ER-4627, I attached a photo below showing a reference to the ICBO ER-4627 report. I am hoping to be able to understand what the capacity is for these anchors, and if they are permitted to be used for seismic applications for bracing mechanical equipment.
