URM Anchor Angle
ESR-4144 specifies installing the 22.5 degree anchor at a DOWNWARD angle.
Could this anchor be installed with an UPWARD angle?

Hi Chemelle,
According to the Instructions for Use for HIT-HY 270, the 22.5 degrees bent threaded rod can be installed in the upward position. This can be seen on pages 42-47 of the Instructions for Use.
