For big diameter anchors, there is no characteristic bond strength in cracked concrete for threaded rod for RE-500

Hi Simon,
The characteristic bond strength for larger diameter elements can be found in Table 2 of the 2019 Hilti Technical Supplement “Technical Data for Large Diameter Elements with Hilti HIT-RE 500 V3 Adhesive Anchor System” .

I know, but there is no value for CRACKED concrete.

Hi Simon,
Unfortunately, Hilti did not perform additional testing in cracked concrete with larger diameter elements and HIT-RE 500 V3. You could use engineering judgement or on-site testing to account for variability in performance.
