Unapproved primer on columns and wide flange acceptable for fire finish 120+cfp-sp

We have a some structural steel on a project that got sprayed with an unapproved primer. We need to have a 2hr fire rating so we will be using the fire finish 120+CFP-SP. The primer that was installed that is not on your list is Stiles -Prime tech 7-555. Attached is the specs and the msds sheets. Do we need to remove the primer and install approved primer or is the primer that is mentioned ok to use with the fire finish 120+ CFP-sp or maybe a bonding agent we can use then apply the new primer.
