Unable to export Risa Connection Values

A user that is part of my floating Profis Account is unable to export from Risa to Hilti, as he exports it says files not found. He seems to have full access to premium if he starts a new model in profis. Under his login, manage my account says he does not have one. Is there a way to add additional admins or change admins?

Hi Maureen,

The admin of a PE license can only be under one account. You can add people to the floating license, however they will not see the license in their account or have the ability to add users or make changes to the license. If you are wanting to change the email of the license admin, please email pesales.usteam@hilti.com.

The issue connecting to RISA Connection is not from the lack of being part of the license. There are a couple things that could be causing the issue, and Hilti has been experiencing issues with RISA integration as a company.
