Unable to change cast-in anchor length

Why can't I change the cast-in anchor length anymore?

Samantha, thanks. I have tried this and it did work. After I double switch the anchor back and forth, then it seems to allow me to change the anchor length.

I'm having the same problem. It was possible to change this in the past.

I was able to open an older design and change the anchor length. I duplicated that file. Then in the new copied file I can change the plate geometry/anchor layout/effective length of cast-in anchor... BUT that is not true for all my older files. Also, starting from scratch, I am not able to change the embedment depth. It still appears to be a problem as of 8/15.
