Unable to allow other persons access?
I have saved a number of projects in our company folder, but when others go to access, it says "Cannot open the design file because it is locked by..." I have tried signing myself out in case the issue was with all of our licenses being in use, but that did not work. Any ideas?

Hi Austin,
In PROFIS Engineering, only one user can be in a project at a time. In order to free up the file for another user, you will need to get out of the design file that you are working in. If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out to hnatechnicalservices@hilti.com.
