This condition looks similar to HI/BP 120-04; however, we also have a couple of other alternative solutions (HI/BP 120-03 and HI/BP 120-05) that may work for you depending upon your installation sequencing.
If these systems do not work for you, we can address your application through an Engineering Judgment, which will be a custom detail showing your exact application with the firestop components required to maintain the stated ratings.
