Training for multiple associates

I oversee a crew of 15 guys who all need to be trained on proper use of our DX460. I have taken the training, but my crew doesnt have individual email addresses. How can I have multiple associates certify if no emails? Each associate would sit and take the training individually, but we only have one computer work station.
