We have a cmu wall inside a precast double tee deck. The wall sits in between the web of two double tees, the outside of the wall sits too close to the web of one of the tees and does not allow the contractor to complete the top of wall nor install firecaulk at top of wall. Is there a detail where the side of the wall can be fire caulked to the side of the web? See attached pdfs 1 & 2.

There does not appear to be any UL listed systems for this application. However, with the details provided we should be able to create an engineering judgement (EJ) for the application.
