Threaded Rod Length
For HVU2 HAS-R 304/306 SS 5/8 x 7 5/8" was the length of the threaded rod given by Hilti Profis with a base plate and a grout standoff noted in the software. Can a longer rod be provided than the 7 5/8" than what the software sized and maintain the 5/8" diameter. We want to keep the 5 inch effective embedment as calculated by the 5/8" Diameter.

Hi Brian,
To determine the length of the anchor rod required, please refer to the technical data for HVU2 for the proper embedment depth, and take into account the baseplate thickness, standoff, and nut and washer height. The length of the rod will change depending upon the factors listed.
