There may be a judgement on this already. Looking for a 1 hour rated assembly for the detail below
We have a cement open cell block wall, assuming it is 1 hour rated wall. We want to minimized the hole size of the 1/2" copper pipe going through the wall. I have an attached sketch. Can we get a 1 hour rating with this. Project is Records & Archives.

Hi John,
Thank you for attaching the sketch. For this type of application, you can follow UL system WJ1210 for a sealant only solution. Or if you want to use mineral wool and sealant, you can follow WJ1193. Both will work, it just depends on how you would like the firestop. I hope this helps and thank you for submitting your question through AskHilti.
