The hole diameter exceeds the specified hole diameter
Is it acceptable to install a 3/4-inch threaded anchor in a 1-inch diameter hole using HIT-HY-200 adhesive? If not is there an acceptable alternative?

Hi Robert,
Installation of a ¾” diameter threaded rod into a 1” diameter hole with HIT-HY 200 is outside the scope of Hilti’s testing. However, Hilti has done some additional testing with HIT-RE 500 V3 with larger diameter holes. The technical information can be found here.
