Technical Firestop Inquiry: Metal Duct Penetrations through 2-Hour Gypsum Wall with Sleeve and Continuous Insulation

Hi Hilti Support Team,

I need to select the right UL firestop system for an upcoming project. Could you help me verify the correct system number or let me know if an EJ is required?
Here are the specific parameters:

  • Barrier: 2-Hour Gypsum Wall.
  • Penetrants: 6"x6" Square and 6" Round sheet metal ducts (without dampers).
  • Insulation: 1" continuous duct wrap passing through the wall.
  • Special Detail: The drawing mandates a Galvanized Steel Sleeve (protruding 6" on both sides) and perimeter steel retaining angles ($1.5"\times1.5"$) on both faces.

We are considering Hilti FS-ONE MAX or CFS-S SIL GG with mineral wool backing. Does standard UL System W-L-7145 cover this configuration with the sleeve and insulation, or do we need a formal Engineering Judgment (EJ)?
I can provide the detail drawing if needed. Thanks in advance!
