Technical Data for Using HIT-HY 200 V3 Adhesive Using large diameter threaded rods (1 1/2 or greater)
I have seen technical data for using hit-re 500 V3 adhesive with larger diameter anchors. Is there similar data for HIT-HY 200 V3 adhesive?

Hi Jake,
HIT-HY 200 V3 does not have technical data for large diameter threaded rods. Typically, the installer needs a longer adhesive working time to properly install the adhesive and (>1-1/4”) threaded rod, per the Instructions For Use. HIT-HY 200 V3 is a fast cure adhesive and could potentially begin to cure before the threaded rod is properly installed. HIT-RE 500 V3 is a slow cure epoxy and therefore, has the extended testing for larger diameter anchors. Further information on fast cure vs slow cure adhesive anchors can be found here.
