Per CEN/TS 1992-4-1:2009, when computing steel strength with lever arm, if the standoff is grouted with compressive strength > 30 N/mm^2 (about 4350 psi) the n*do portion of the lever arm = 0. The software allows the designer to choose the grout, and the grout options have compressive strength > 30 N/mm^2, but the calculation in section 4.2 still includes the n*do
