Stainless HAS rod in Seismic Design Criteria C

We are trying to analyze an existing base plate with Hilti HIT/HY200 V3 adhesive anchors and stainless steel HAS threaded rods in Profis. We can model and run with carbon steel rods (i.e. A36) in Seismic Category C, but the stainless rods don't appear as an an option, unless we switch to "Static or Quasi-Static Design".
