Specs for anchor size and depth

50 foot long walking ramp of 4 inch aluminum weighs 2100 pounds. Lands on dock. Bottom of ramp can move to handle lake level changes and waves in u channels. Ramp can twist and exert pressure at the top. The top to be bolted into very large concrete anchor (68 inches wide, over 21 inches deep and over 75 inches long with back section also buried.

How many bolts, what diameter and installed to what depth?
