Specification Text for Anchor Systems

Specification Text for Anchor Systems

In the old desktop version of PROFIS (RIP) there was an option to copy what I believe was called the "Specification Text" that matched the anchor design with the ESR language for the anchor. This was particularly useful for screw anchors, for which hef and embedment depth are not the same, so it's important to get the right number relayed to the installer.

I see what I believe is the same information in section 7 of the PDF report. Is there any way to get to this information without generating the PDF report?

Hilti Verified

Hi Tim,

PROFIS Engineering does not include any "specification texts" which match the anchor design with the ESR section. The current specification texts found on Hilti's website contain general notes and drawings for Hilti products. However, the PROFIS Engineering Design Guide might be beneficial as it contains information on the software's functions and its calculations (including where some values are obtained from the evaluation service reports).

Regards,
Emily

Hi Emily, could this be a feature that is added to PROFIS? It was very helpful in the desktop version of the application!
