Special Inspections Guidelines for Epoxy Anchors

Hello,

We have a situation in which the inspector has missed the required periodic inspection of some of the HAS-B-105 anchor rods we have specified for a piece of mechanical equipment and the contractor went ahead and put them in anyway. They are now asking us for values to use for a pull test in order to satisfy the inspection requirements.

I saw a few threads that mentioned a "Special Inspections Guidelines" or techincal document from Hilti on this site, but all the links to it I have tried are broken and I cannot find it through a search. Is there an updated document? Or does Hilti have recommendations for performing this kind of test?
