Appreciate that article. Has there been another or an update since it was published? On a related note, the *difference* between inspection services provided by geo-technical lab and/or materials testing labs versus building design firms (AOR's and their EORs) when it comes to IBC Chapter 17 based vertical construction is, like apples and oranges. Although inherent strengths and bias are normal, and as always stronger or weaker stances are taken by both types of providers on a company by company basis(how they business). Are either of these author's still working at Hilti?
