Spacing when hitting rebar

We drilled a hole to set an anchor for 1/2" x 5-1/2" KB-TZ2 anchor. Minimum hole depth is 4-1/4" and minimum effective embedment is 3-1/4". We hit rebar in the wall before we reached our required hole depth. What is the spacing requirement to follow to move over and drill another hole? The abandoned hole will be grouted.
