Basically I am looking for W-L-7188 from Hilti but that will allow for a wood stud framed wall rather than the steel framed that is currently in that penetration detail. Is this possible?

Our system WL 7188 can absolutely be used with a U300 series wall assembly. If the system can be installed in the same manner and replacing the steel studs with wood studs, that should not be a problem. If you would like to submit for an engineering judgement through our portal at www.hilti.com/EJ, we would be happy to provide you with a detail showing wood studs for your situation.
