Is Hilti profis software checking the sectional strength (Shear and Flexure) of the lug steel itself? Not seeing it in the output.

Please refer to this Ask Hilti article regarding integrating shear lug design with ACI anchoring-to-concrete provisions. I will provide a screenshot from this article below regarding the design checks outlined in Section 17.11 (bearing and concrete breakout failure) which PROFIS Engineering follows under a Rigid analysis type.
For sizing the shear lug and design consideration of the welded connection between the shear lug and the plate, AISC Steel Design Guide 1 could be referenced, but the analysis is currently outside of the scope of PROFIS Engineering.
