What are the differences between the HIT-Z/Z-R rods and the HAS/HIT-V threaded rod?

Hi Jenny,
The HIT-Z rod is Hilti's proprietary anchor element that does not require hole cleaning resulting in a faster and more reliable installation as compared to standard threaded rod (such as Hilti HAS threaded rods). Specifications and physical properties of Hilti HAS threaded rods can be found here. Technical data can be found in the Hilti Anchor Fastening Technical Guide; data will be different depending on what specific adhesive and anchor element (i.e. HIT-Z or threaded rod) is used.
