RISAConnection will not export to Hilit "Can't create file" C:\RISA\RISA Connection 12.0\Temp\"Filename".rcn

When exporting from RISA Connection to Hilti I receive a message saying "Can't create file: C:\RISA\RISA Connection 12.0\Temp\"Filename".rcn". I am unable to export any connections to Hilti at this point.
