Risa Connection to Hilti Profis Integration Issues
Hello, I am trying to import a Risa Connection file into HILTI Profis, but it doesn't appear to be working. Risa says that it successfully uploads the connections and to open Hiliti profis in a web browser, however, when I open Hilti Profis, I am unable to see the connections.

Hi Luke,
Hilti is currently experiencing some issues with RISA and we are currently working on it. In the meantime, please try the steps below to import models from RISA connections:
- Export RISA file to PROFIS Engineering, when you receive the message that the file has successfully been shared, navigate to PROFIS Engineering.
- Once logged into PROFIS Engineering, click on the "Anchoring to Concrete" module to create a new design.
- Once the new design is created, navigate back to the homepage by clicking on the "Home" button on the top left and the RISA prompt should show up.

Tried doing this but I still did not get the RISA prompt.
