RISA CONNECTION - HILTI AUTHORIZATION ERROR

I have used Hilti PROFIS with RISA Connection integration for almost a year now and never had issues until this week. I can not "Export to PROFIS" from RISA Connection due to an authorization issue with HILTI. I have attached the error messages. "Error1" is after I have selected "Export to PROFIS" and "Error2" is after I hit yes. After clicking yes again after "Error2" I get a blank screen so I close the screen just to be shown "you are Unauthorized". At this point it just starts the process over again before putting up a final screen that describes the failure. I have attached all the screenshots.

We apologize for the inconvenience! Unfortunately, Hilti has been experiencing some issues lately with RISA connection. We are aware of the issue and are working on getting it resolved as soon as we can.

Hass this issue been resolved? Having the same issue currently.
